On a recent podcast with Stretch & Bobbito, actor Mahershala Ali spoke with the hosts about his experience as a child discovering music and the impact it had on his physique. This realization later helped Ali prepare for his various acting roles. The music allowed him to take on the appropriate personalities for each character.

That same sentiment is expressed by designer Ruben Rodriguez through his "For The Creatives" playlists, a series of playlists (57 and counting) curated to assist creative individuals in their search for the optimal state of mind to produce their work.
